This unit is very energy efficient with a gas forced air furnace and central air.
Tenant pays all utilities. Garbage collection is provided. Lawn care and snow removal are the tenants responsibility.
We do in some cases allow small dogs with a written reference from a past landlord and additional deposit and rent ($50 per dog), dog must be current on rabies and spayed or neutered.
Sorry but we absolutely do not allow cats or smokers.
