Paul actively engages with every listing owner. He works to market their available rental homes in the most effectively and cost-efficiently.
Paul's 40 year career in real estate focused primarily on apartments. He analyzed, acquired, structured debt & equity financing for $500 million of real estate including 40 apartment communities totaling over 6,000 rental units of all types: new luxury construction, existing apartment complexes, and historic renovations.
Paul designed and implemented the rental marketing plans for individual apartment properties and overall portfolio. He conducted competitive market studies to set rents. His innovative individual unit pricing program significantly increased gross revenue and average occupancy term above typical "flat rate" pricing.

Author and editor of Zagat Survey: U.S. Hotels, Resorts & Spas published worldwide in annual editions. Toured hundreds of hotels. Developed the descriptive writing style that gave travelers a fair and accurate presentation of the destination, ambiance and amenities. The hotel guide became a highly successful companion to the Zagat Survey: Restaurant Guide publications. (The Zagat Survey business was acquired by Google in 2011.)
Susan also held Sales Director and General Manager positions over a 15-year period at several hotels including Hilton and Marriott branded properties.
