Tom Sweeney Born/raised on farm in Barre Mills (WI) just East of La Crosse. West Salem High School. U.S. Navy (4yrs active, 20 Reserves) B.S. UW-L, 1984.

Nine (9) rental units in four (4) buildings all in the city of La Crosse. First Duplex in 2001, Tri-Plex in 2003, and two (2) Duplexes in 2005.

As a member of the Apartment Association of the La Crosse Area (AALA) (currently serving as Secretary) since before I owned my first rental property. I am committed to staying on top of current laws, regulations, policies, good practices and defending the Residential Rental Industry from intrusion of law abiding tenants by government and others.

Members of the AALA strive to provide above-standard, clean, safe, crime-free, affordable housing in the La Crosse Area. We strive to work with police and local government to ensure these remain the goals.

My philosophy includes that many may want to one day own their own home, so I operate my business in a way that provides a stepping stone approach for tenants to experience some of the attributes of home ownership.
