SKS Management focuses on the renter. We deliver exceptional resident service!

The manager, Susan Safronoff, was born and raised in La Crosse, Wisconsin. She lived in Dallas TX, Costa Rica, and San Diego CA before returning to La Crosse in 2010. She owned and operated a 400 unit apartment community in Dallas TX. In 2017 she opened SKS Management Services to serve owners and renters in the greater La Crosse WI area.

My emphasis is in on quality and caring consistency for the resident. From your initial inquiry, through the showing, application and lease documentation - we are prompt, patiently thorough and always courteous. Once you are living in one of our rentals, we continue with our "resident first" priority. Our rental is your home! We respect that you want to love your home; and we respond to your concerns to enhance that feeling. This philosophy and practice nurtures happy, long-term residents who are friendly with one another and create a pleasant small community together.
